Orders worth AUD $199 and over will qualify for FREE standard delivery within Australia only and not outside of Australia.

The Free standard delivery is only available for individual customers orders and not applicable to wholesale orders. For wholesale enquiries, please get in touch with us via the contact us form.

 

Free AU Express Shipping Promotion:

AU wide Free Express Shipping is a promotion strictly applicable only to the AU domestic shipping (NOT International Express), is valid only for a limited time during Christmas. The time validity is dependent on the stock availability amongst other factors. The promotion can be switched off any time as deemed right by the business and we have the sole discretion to switch off this limited time promo any time and will not be subject to any external discussion or dispute. By visiting or buying on our website, you accept this T&C. The promotion is a privilege and not a right of the customer or visitor.

 

 

 

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We use Auspost and Sendle standard courier delivery services. These are registered services that can be tracked. Estimated delivery times are 2-8 days. For suburbs and regional areas add a day or two accordingly, depending on the distance from the CBD.

We recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Sendle collection point. As an alternative, you can choose to authorise the courier to leave the parcel in a safe spot at the shipping address.


- We do deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel and locker bags using Auspost service
- We deliver on Monday-Friday only.

 

International Shipping Charges

We ship internationally to a select international destinations via the Sendle International standard service. The international shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout depending on the shipping destination by Shopify shipping (via Sendle standard service).

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international orders sometimes incur a duty or customs charge. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at the checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.

These custom duties/taxes (if applicable) will have to be borne by you, the customer. Unfortunately, we (Verve & Vibe Australia) have no control over these charges and therefore will not be able to advise this at the time of purchase.

Alternatively, we suggest contacting your local customs office for current duties/charges before you place your order with us.

You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will usually be dispatched within three business days (72 business hours). Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Australian EST) and not on weekends or public holidays. 

 International orders will take approximately 10 upto 30 working days (goods often arrive much sooner than this, but transit time varies based on destination and performance of courier service).

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We supply Sendle with your e-mail address so that 'tracking advice' emails can be sent to track your parcel. You will get an email update when your parcel is scanned by Sendle as 'arriving at a dispatch centre' and then as 'delivered' or being 'available for collection'. This process normally involves no more than three emails. Your email address is not collected, remembered, or distributed by Sendle or any other third party. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received any tracking information.

Delivery times after dispatch will depend on the courier’s delivery service in your area. Please check the Sendle website for more information on estimated delivery times.
