FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OFFER:
Orders worth AUD $399 and over will qualify for FREE standard domestic delivery within Australia only and not outside of Australia or any international destination.
The Free standard delivery is only available for individual customer orders within a max weight limit of 2kg.
The free standard delivery is NOT applicable to wholesale, bulk or special orders where the quantities are big and the weight exceeds 2kg. Such bulk orders will attract the regular shipping & handling charges depending on the weight, volume and shipping service used and the delivery location.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Auspost and courier services like Couriers Please for delivery. These are registered services that can be tracked. Estimated delivery times can be anywhere between 2-5 days for the standard service depending on your state, post code etc. For regional & rural areas add a day or two accordingly.
All our Auspost & Courier deliveries by default are authorised to leave the parcel in a safe spot at the shipping address. In case, the delivery partner can't ascertain a safe spot and deem it necessary, will take it back to the LPO /Depot and notify you (via email or text) to visit your LPO or local courier collection point. We recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to collect the parcel from doorstep/reception.
- We do deliver to all PO Boxes, Parcel and locker bags using Auspost service
- We deliver on Monday-Friday only. - If you specially require a 'signature on delivery' service, then please get in touch with us and we'll ensure that your parcel is sent out with this service which costs additional.
International Shipping Charges
We ship internationally to a select international destinations via our partners AusPost and couriers like Couriers Please etc. The international shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout depending on the shipping destination and the order weight.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that international orders sometimes incur a duty or customs charge. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at the checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported.
These custom duties/taxes (if applicable) will have to be borne by you, the customer. Unfortunately, we (Verve & Vibe Australia) have no control over these charges and therefore will not be able to advise this at the time of purchase.
Alternatively, we suggest contacting your local customs office for current duties/charges before you place your order with us.
You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders (domestic or international) will usually be dispatched within two business days (48 business hours) from our Sydney based warehouse. Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Australian EST) and not on weekends or public holidays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We send you the 'tracking advice' emails can be sent to track your parcel. You will get an email update when your parcel is scanned by courier or post service as 'arriving at a dispatch centre' and then as 'delivered' or being 'available for collection'. This process normally involves no more than three emails. Your email address is not collected, remembered, or distributed by any other third party. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received any tracking information.
