Refund Policy

Change of mind returns
  • As we are a small family run business, we do not offer refund for change of mind, however, we may offer store credits. Please note the store credit will be of the amount of your product price as per the invoice excluding shipping or delivery charges and any other additional charges i.e. personalisation fees etc.
  • For change of mind -  we do not offer exchange / replacement of products. If you wish to buy some other product(s), then we may offer you the store credits and you can place a new order which will incur shipping charges as per the order, address details etc.
  • Please order carefully online as returning 'incorrectly ordered items' would be considered a 'change of mind' return
  • To be eligible to get store credits, your returned item(s) meet the following criteria:
    • You return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us (refer Contact us). Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted.
    • The item is in brand new, original, unused condition, in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • Sale items will qualify for return only if the item is faulty/damaged.
  • We will not accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non-saleable products unless they arrived to you damaged or faulty.
  • Postage will not be given in credits for change of mind returns. 
  • You must return the item at your own expense and ensure you have the tracking service for it.
  • Store credits and refund where applicable would be provided within 7 days of receiving of the product in condition as per the policies as above.
    Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect supplied product returns
    • If a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery, the product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied, you can choose to have the items replaced or refunded. In such case, you are required to Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item for further instructions with order details, date of order, total amount, photos of the damage and any other relevant information.
    • The item must be posted back to us within 7 days of receiving your order and lodging the complaint. Any returns posted after this time will not be accepted.
    Shipping Costs for Returns
    • If a product you purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we will pay for the costs of shipping the product (the "Returned Product") back to us, and any shipping costs to send a replacement product to you.
    • If the Returned Product is approved as eligible for a store credit, repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law) then reasonable postage or shipping costs of the Returned Product will be reimbursed by us at our discretion provided it was not damaged during delivery.
    • If we organise and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of a Returned Product, and upon receipt by us the Returned Product is determined to be ineligible for repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the Australian Consumer Law)
      because of mishandling by customer, then you will be liable for and required to pay the costs of any inspection, postage, shipping or collection of the Returned Product incurred by us.
    • If you change or cancel your order after 48 hours from when you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order, including, but not limited to, transportation and administration costs; such costs will not exceed more than 50% of the total price of the ordered products.
    Changing or Cancelling Orders
    In the first instance, if you have an issue with your order then please contact us as soon as possible.
    • Changes to orders, including cancellation because of a change of mind, are at our discretion and possible only for a limited cut-off time of 24 hours of your order before we start processing your order.
    • Adding or substituting items on an order may not be possible after the cut-off time and a new order may be required to be placed. Note we are unable to combine multiple orders.
    • A refund is only possible if changes or cancellations are requested prior to the above advised cut off times.
    • Outside of these terms, it is at our absolute discretion to accept or reject requests for cancellation and/or substitution.
    • Any addition or substitution if accepted may cause a change in the shipping time frame for that order so please be aware of the advised shipping time for added or substituted items.
    Processing Refunds
      • Requests for damaged items during shipping are only accepted within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product. After this time, no refund/store credits/replacements will be accepted.
      • Refunds will be paid by 'refund to source account’, nominated bank account, credit/debit card used for the original purchase, PayPal account or store  credit.
      • You must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
      • You may be required to provide identification to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
      • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days from the date your refund request was approved. Please note different financial institutions take longer to process payments which may delay the funds clearing in your account. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are unable to refund a credit card or payment method that is different from the one used for the purchase.
